At HAL Education Support Services, we focus on the skills that shape everything else. How well students understand money, how confidently they make financial decisions, and how well they read.
We know schools want to teach financial literacy. But time, tools, and support are often in short supply.
So we build programmes that actually work. Evidence-based financial literacy curriculums, workshops, and training for schools, universities, corporate companies, and government entities across the UAE.
We are proud to be part of national financial literacy initiatives. But for us, the real wins are the quiet ones. When a student explains budgeting to their parents. When they pause before spending. When they open their first savings account on their own.
That is when financial literacy starts to stick. And that is what we are here for.

Fathima Nazeeha started her career in customer service in banking and rose to become a Director of Private Banking. Along the way, she met thousands of people across all education levels, income brackets, and walks of life. Many of them didn’t lack intelligence, just access to the kind of knowledge that truly helps.
She saw firsthand how financial confusion leads to long-term stress, poor decisions, and missed opportunities, not because people couldn’t manage money, but because no one had ever shown them how. She also witnessed how a lack of reading and understanding limited people’s options and confidence, holding them back from opportunities they deserved.
Over the years, she helped many turn things around, make smarter choices, avoid common traps, and in more than a few cases, build real wealth. That experience led to HAL.
Today, HAL works with schools, government bodies, and institutions across the UAE to support financial literacy, reading development, and practical skill-building. The goal isn’t just to educate. It’s to make sure what we teach actually helps.
