Meet the CEO

Fathima Nazeeha Najimudeen is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, holding leadership positions at esteemed institutions including HSBC, Citibank, Mashreq, National Bonds, and First Abu Dhabi Bank. She is a certified banker, having earned the ICWIM certification, and holds additional certifications from Dubai Economy and the American University of Dubai under CEPPS.
Fathima is an alumna of the University of Lincoln, where she honed her skills and knowledge in finance and management. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Leadership in Education. Combining her extensive expertise with a passion for education, she leverages her background as part of a distinguished family of educators in Sri Lanka to drive impactful initiatives.
Fathima is deeply committed to promoting literacy and serves as the National President of the UAE chapter of "Pick a Book," a global organization dedicated to reading advocacy. As CEO of Inspirex Consultancies and HAL Training Institute L.L.C, she continues to inspire and empower individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.
A lifelong learner, an avid reader and a mother, Fathima's dedication to personal and professional development sets her apart as a visionary leader in both finance and education.
