The Young Investor: A Measurable Shift

The Young Investor, an Educational initiative under Dubai’s D33 strategy, is a collaboration between the Knowledge Fund Establishment and National Bonds Corporation, guided by the vision of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It wasn’t designed to impress — it was built to create real change.

Starting with just six schools in Dubai, the program has now expanded to all Emirates. We've trained Students, Teachers, engaged parents, and developed a model that schools are eager to adopt. And the results speak for themselves.

Average student scores rose from 40.4% to 78%. By the end of the program, 100% of students could explain budgeting and saving, and 97.7% understood investing — up from just 0.8%. Knowledge of financial institutions jumped from 1.7% to 94.4%, and 61.9% grasped concepts like credit and banking, compared to only 1.2% before.

All of this happened in less than 10 sessions.

Parents noticed the shift. Children began asking serious questions about money, with some even taking the initiative to open savings accounts.

The success isn’t just in the numbers — it’s in the impact. The program didn’t just work. It stayed.
